Add the journeys and the places you’re staying, and tripps puts them in order, day by day. Each journey shows who’s on it, so it’s clear when one of you flies in from Sydney while the others come from London.
One link for the group
Everyone gets the same link, so nobody is working from an old screenshot. Choose whether they can edit or just look, or give each person a link to only their part of the tripp. No sign-up needed.
Plan it together, as it happens
When someone adds a journey or changes a stay, everyone with the tripp open sees it straight away, and can see who else is there. If someone saves a booking you’re editing, you’re told before you save yours.
Forward the booking instead of typing it
Each tripp gives you an email address. Forward a train ticket, hotel confirmation or flight booking to it, or add a screenshot, and Smart import extracts the dates, times and booking references and adds them on the right day. The email or screenshot itself is deleted straight away.
See what’s still missing
tripps notices what isn’t booked yet: a night with nowhere to stay, or a stop you haven’t worked out how to leave. Each gap shows on its day, for the people it affects, with a button to fill it in.

One person starts a tripp, adds everyone’s journeys and stays, and sends the group one link to view or edit it, with no account or app needed. Forward a booking email or add a screenshot of it, and tripps puts the booking on the right day.
- What does it cost?
- Nothing: tripps is free. Plan tripps of any length, with as many travellers as you like.
- How is tripps free?
- Some things to do in your plan link to partners such as GetYourGuide, marked Ad. If you book through one, we may earn a commission, which pays for tripps. You pay the partner’s usual price.
- Do I need an account?
- No, you can plan a whole tripp in tripps without one. Sign in to open your tripps anywhere and get 20 smart imports a day.
- Does everyone else need to sign up?
- No. They open the tripp’s link from the group chat in their browser: tripps needs no account and nothing to install. You choose whether a link lets them edit the tripp or only look.
- Can I open a tripp without a connection?
- Yes, to read it. A tripp you’ve opened in tripps on your phone or computer opens again offline, as it last loaded. Changes need a connection.
- Does tripps use AI?
- Only to save you typing. Smart import uses AI to extract bookings from your emails and screenshots, which are deleted straight away, and to pick an icon for each activity. The planning is yours: tripps won’t suggest an itinerary or plan the trip for you, because we know that’s the fun part.
